Brunot Island Federal Credit Union has as its mission the responsibility for providing an efficient, effective, and well-managed financial institution that meets the needs of its membership. In order to accomplish this mission, the B.I. Federal Credit Union will continue a sound yet progressive asset management strategy and provide new and improved financial services to current and future members through membership input and management initiatives.
B. I. (Brunot Island) Federal Credit Union was started in 1949 with the goal of serving the employees of the Brunot Island Power Station and their families with federally-insured share accounts that provide a competitive quarterly dividend, as well as low loan rates for vehicle purchases or other needs. Today, we continue to serve the employees of First Energy at Beaver Valley Power Station, as well as employees of GenOn at Elrama and Brunot Island Power Station and their families.
